D. Lynn Pierro Atkins is a true creative genius.  Her artistic skills enable her to share her unique creations with others.  Her artwork includes Advertising Art, Illustrations for greeting cards and children's books, and Pen & Ink Renderings, including renderings of Historical Sullivan County sights that are available on Postcards.

    Combining her favorite things in life, D. Lynn uses her design and sewing skills to create costumes and clothing, including Civil War reproductions.  Her attention to detail is amazing and each of her creations, especially the Civil War reproductions, bring to life a vivid image of a by-gone era.

    D. Lynn is also a lifetime quilter, who after winning numerous quilting awards at the NY State Fair and NQA Chapter Shows, was inducted into the Catskill Mountains Quilter's Hall of Fame in 1992.  She is featured in "The Unbroken Thread, A History of Quilt Making in the Catskills" by Steve Hoare and published by Black Dome Press and has been published in Quilting and Handcrafts magazines.  Her Little Mouse Appliques and Spellbinding Hexagon Quilt Patterns have been sold internationally since 1992.
